TAYLOR

Taylor is an Integrative Health & Movement Practitioner specializing in core functionality and postural restoration. She uses a blend of modalities, including Guy Voyer, DO’s methods of SomaTherapy and ELDOA, to help her clients heal from injury and restore strength.

SomaTherapy is a series of gentle, Osteopathic, pumping techniques that aid in normalizing fluid flow throughout joints, fascia, and duramater. This increased fluid flow (lymph, synovial, and leukocytes) to specific joint spaces help to fight the inflammation process, increase the rate of healing, and improve overall movement quality.

This is then coupled with ELDOA - a postural self-normalizing technique that uses the principle of fascial tensegrity to create maximum space between joints. Dr. Voyer developed postures designed to target every level of the spine, sacroiliac joints, hips, ribs, shoulders, and more. With attention to detail, and consistency, these postures can be extremely beneficial for those dealing with persistent back pain, specific joint restriction, and/or overall body tension.
